Product Description:
Kinds of industrial dust collectors have been invented to collect the dust in the factory. And we are a manufacture of dust filter bag. We have Nomex, P84, PPS, Acrylic, PTFE, Polyester, Fiberglass. Among these, P84 dust FILTER BAGS are mainly used in drying, burning, 
smelting, industrial kilns, coal-fired boilers and waste incineration process of flue gas purification. 



Nomex Filter Bag  Nomex Needle Felt  has Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and hydrolysis. Large filter surface area, with more excellent filtration performance compared
to other dust filter bags in favor of cleaning. 

Performance:
1, Continuous operating temperature is up to 200°C, instant service temperature is up to 240°C.
2, Fire retardant performance is excellent.
3, Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good.
4, Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance Hydrolysis resistance is poor, frequent SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point will  greatly reduce its service life.

PPS filter bags are widely used in coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, coking furnaces, kiln furnaces, chemical dry process of flue gas cleaningprocesses, also using carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, cement industry and more. PPS dust filter bags has good flame retardant and excellent heat function, excellent performanceof strong acid and alkali resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance capability and strong chemical stability. 

Homopolymer Acrylic Filter Bags are widely applied in dust filtration of the nonferrous metal process, smelting process, carbon black, cement production production process, lime and fertilizer production process, coal dry process, and in the dedusting field. It has strong resistance to organic solvents, oxidants, inoprganis and organic acids. Other filtration materials, like PTFE, Fiberglass, Acrylic has their unique characteristic and can be applied in different working conditions.
