Product Description

Polyimide filter fabric with PTFE membrane for burning

P84 filter fabric with PTFE membrane is made from polyimide and the scirm is self supported, and surface is putted a PTFE membrane. P84 fabric does not have melting point, P84 filter cloth will keep a good performance when the temperatures up to 240ºC,  instant can up to 260ºC. P84 is leaf-shaped structure with a larger filter surface, and always embedded in the surface of other needle felt with different material to improve the filter efficiency. About PTFE membrane, the filter bag's dust collection efficiency can be improved and the dust will drop down when it is fully on the membrane. The membrane can also make the dust smaller.

Performance:

2. Large filter surface area, with excellent filtration performance, in favor of cleaning of filter bag. Applicable to gas with harsh chemical condition,normal performance in oxidation and hydrolysis;

3. Good resistance to hydrolysis, P84 is made with flame retardant fiber, has excellent resistance to chemical corrosion;

4. Continuous operating temperature is up to 240ºC, instant operating temperature is up to 260ºC.
