Pulse Jet PPS Material Dust Bag Filter

PPS filter bags are widely used in coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, coking furnaces, kiln furnaces, chemical dry process of flue gas cleaning processes, also using, carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, cement industry, and more, when due to chemical attack and hydrolysis causes, aramid can't be used, PPS filter bag can be substituted.

Performance:
1. Cntinuous gas continuous temperature is up to 160ºC, instant heat resistance up to 190ºC;
2. Chmical structure is simple, strong and stable;
3. Excellent performance of acid and alkali resistance;
4. Excellent hydrolysis resistance capability, and strong chemical stability;
5. Good flame retardant and excellent heat resistance function;
6. Disadvantage is that antioxidize performance of PPS filter bag is poor, it reacts to oxidation-corrosion;
7. It is suitable for gas with O2 omposition<10%
