All-welded fabrication for operation to ±20" WG (rectangular models); 11 gauge, 12 vertical wire cages are standard. Top and side bag models are available.

 For demanding high pressure/high vacuum applications, we offer two styles of cylindrical dust collectors: top and side dust collector bag designs. Each features all welded construction for up to 14.7 spin.  Explosion containment or ASME code designs are available.

Details of our dust collector:

1. ECOGRACE BAG FILTER DUST COLLECTOR, it has taken the temperature gas to lower temperature gas inlet structure, the rough high temperature granules directly drop to the dust hopper and effectively protects the filter bag.

2. The longer filter dust collector takes smaller area which will increase the production processing space, therefore, it is more convenient for reconstruction of old factories.

3. ECOGRACE takes separate chamber off line dust cleaning in bag filter dust collector design and it is with high efficiency and few secondary flour dust attachment, meanwhile it can effectively save the energy consumption. Such design effectively protects the filter bags and pulse valves and saves the operation and maintenance cost for the dust collector system.

4. The filter bags will be replaced without stopping the filtration system.

5. ECOGRACE Dust Collector with ECOGRACE filters which is made with snap band with good sealing, easy to assemble and replace and easy to tighten.

6. ECOGRACE takes Air leaking detecting with oil and keeps all the dust collecting system air leaking less than 0.5%.

7. Our Bag Filter Dust Collector is controlled by PLC to realize automatic dust cleaning, dust removal, automatic temperature control and over temperature alarm.

Dust Collection System
    Industrial dust collection system, means a series of filter equipment used in the industrial filtration field. The industrial dust collection system usually contains a fan, some filter bags, a dust collector, pickup hoods, blast gate, filter net, inlet and outlet pipe and other accessories.
    First step, the fan would blow the air into the inlet pipe. And then its time for the dust collector to play its role, it separate the clean air from the gas and the clean would go through the outlet pipe and come back to the nature.
