The PTFE / PI Fabric is the very suitable material to various harsh working condition industrial applications. The PI / PTFE filter bags are extensively used for the power stations, coal plant, steel plant, flour mill and many more applications.
The PTFE filter bag is made of the 100% of the PTFE fiber. The PTFE filter bag is high temperature and high corrosion standby filter bags . Working temperature is 160°c to 280°c.
It is anti-abrasion, excellent anti-acid and anti-alkali. It can be efficiently perform under different complicated and harsh working condition. It contains high tensile strength and low tensile elongation with high filtration capacity. The PTFE felt with the remarkable chemical and physical property. PTFE filter bag is non-stick, friction free, self lubricating, non-wetting, non-flammable and non-brittle material. Its electrical properties have also made the material very suitable to many industrial applications. It is highly resistant to the different weather conditions. PTFE filter bag is chemically inert material.
