The Working Theory of Pulse Dust Collector 
MC pulse bag filter which is composed of five parts: 1. Upper box: from the lid can be lifted and the composition of the outlet. In the box: a porous plate, filter bag device and venturi composition. 3. Under the box: from the inlet, ash bucket and check the door composition. 4. Ash discharge system: by the deceleration device and ash delivery, ash composition of the device. 5. Injection system: by the pulse controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, injection pipe, air bag and protective devices.
How it works: dust from the gas inlet into the hopper or open the mouth of the flange into the bag room, dust gas through the filter bag filter into the purification gas purification room, and then by the clean room exhaust port, the fan away. Dust accumulated in the outer surface of the filter bag, and increasing, the bag filter resistance rising, in order to make the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa, bag filter can continue to work, need to regularly remove the dust on the bag. (0.5 ~ 0.7MPa) from the injection tube hole discharge (called the primary air) through the dust-absorbing skeleton Wenhuan tube induced several times in the primary air of the air around the air (0.5 ~ 0.7MPa) by the pulse control device time sequence start pulse valve, (Called the secondary air) into the bag in the rapid expansion of the moment, and accompanied by the reverse role of air flow shake off dust, to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

What is the details of our dust collector?
1. GRACE BAG FILTER DUST COLLECTOR, it has taken the temperature gas to lower temperature gas inlet structure, the rough high temperature granules directly drop to the dust hopper and effectively protects the filter bag.
 
2. The longer filters dust collector take smaller area which will increase the processing capacity, therefore it is more convenient for reconstruction of old factories.
 
3. GRACE take separate chamber off line dust cleaning in bag filter dust collector design and it is with high efficiency and few secondary flour dust attachment, meanwhile it can effectively save the energy consumption. Such design effectively protect the filter bags and pulse valve and save the operation and  maintenance cost for the dust collector system.
 
4. The filter bags will be replaced without stop the filtration system.
