1250x 1250mm High Pressure  Automatic Press Filter Cloth Filter Plate  ,Center feeding Chamber / Membrane Filter Plate , Plate filter press plate  ,reinforced PP Plate ,high pressed resistant .
 
Filter plate is fitted on the filter press bar ,it is working with filter cloth to  increasing the filter press filter area , holding the solid and form the filter cake during the process of filtration .
 
Material of  Filter Plate:
It including Cast iron and Polypropylene, we mainly use the Polypropylene material, it is better for  oxidize and high temperature resistance).

How the filter plate works ?
The filter plate is working for the solid and liquid seperation for the press filter .
The material feeded by the pump to the filter chamber ,than to the filter space pressed by two filter plates, the liquid filterd by the filter cloth  , the solid released from the filter plate . This is the process of solid and liquid seperation .

Recessed Press Filter ( Plate and Frame Press Filter ). Chamber Press Filter , Membrane Press Filter , Plate and Frame Filter Press Machine .

Filter plates adopt PP ( Polypropylene ) material to press mould, and the design of filtration surface adopts special channel, smooth and without any blockage.
 
Material of our filter plate consists of Polypropylene , TPE elastomer and fiber glass. Our filter plate with advantage of flexibility, toughness, rigidity. After the process of the CNC machining center, the flatness of the filter plate is lower than 25um which make sure excellent sealing when pressing, and without any leakage when feeding.
 
All specifications of our filter plates not only comply with China JB/T4333.3-2005 standard, but also comply with Germany DIN7129 standard , completely in common with the European & Amerian products.
 
Compared with the filtration plates manufactured according to national standards: filtration speed improved 20%, density and intensity, anti-fatigue ,anti-aging speed improved one times
 
The maximum feeding pressure of the filter plate is 3 Mpa. With the properties of high temperature and high pressure resistance, antisepsis and airtight, short filtering cycle, good processing effect and low humidity of the cake.
