Industrial Coal Dry Process Dust Collector Homopolymer Acrylic Filter Bag
homo acrylic needle felt and filter bags for industrial filtration. This kind of needle felt have good ability of acid and alkali resistance, anti-oxidation, hydrolisis resistance. It suits middle temperature and high acid, alkali chroma environment. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, building material, electric power station, mechanism industry, petroleum, medicine, printing and dyeing, food and beverage, and other industries to filter gas and recycle material.
2) Application:
Homopolymer Acrylic Filter Bags are widely applied in dust filtration of the non-ferrous
metal process, smelting process, carbon black, cement production process, lime and fertilizer production process, sintering machine in steel plant, coal dry process, and in the wet dedusting field.
3) Performance:
1. Good alkali resistance in temperature<150ºC;
2. Continuous operating temperature is below 125ºC, instant temperature is not more than 140ºC;
3. Resistant to organtic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids;
4. Hydrolysis resistance is strong;
5. Better replacement of Polyester Filter Bags in acidic corrosion and high moisture working condition.
