ECOGRACE Industrial Filter Fabric Filter Press Filter Cloth is mainly applied to filter press, including chamber filter press, Belt filter press , membrane filter press, recessed, plate and frame filter press , Disc Filter Machie ,  etc. PP needle felt is applied in fine filtration , it is with high strength and fine partical filtration good points . 

We  specilized filter cloth , non woven needle felt ,  PP needl felt specially developed for the metal concentration filter press processing , with fine filter precision , etc.

Description: It is produced from high quality polypropylene fiber. Besides the merit of general needle punched Filter Felt, PP needle felt  has the other excellent characters such as Anti-acid, Anti-alkali and low softening point.

PP needle felt with screen supported fabric  has perfect stability of hydrolyze, so it is suitable to use in situation under 100 centigrade 100 and high acid/alkali or area of liquid solid separation with much acid and alkali.

Features of PP needle felt :
• Smooth surface, more defined pore size and good air permeability
• Low temperature resistance ( 88-110 ºC)
• Excellent resistant to hydrolysis, acids and alkalies.
