ECOGRACE Filter Bag For Asphalt Plant Dust Collector System

1) Quick details:

 2. NX needle felt sock is widely applied in fume/smoke filtration system industry like asphalt mixing, smelting furnace, cement kiln, gypsum production and tobacco production.
 3. Strong tensile strength and abrasion resistance keep our  filter long working life.

2) Application:
ECOGRACE high temperature filter bags are mainly used in cement industry, asphalt industry, metallurgical industry and tobacco industry for flue gas purification.

3) Performance:
 1. Continuous operating temperature is up to 200ºC, instant service temperature is up to 240ºC;
 2. Fire retardant performance is excellent;
 3. Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good;
 4. Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance;
 5. Hydrolysis resistance is poor, frequent SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point will greatly reduce its servece life.
