Industry Air Filter Dust Collector Bag PPS Material Cloth

ECOGRACE PPS fabric filter cloth with PTFE membrane. PPS fabric filter cloth with PTFE membrane is widely used in coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, coking furnaces, kiln furnaces, chemical dry process of flue gas cleaning process, also using, carbon black, powder collection, pneumatic conveying, cement industry, and more.

When due to chemical attack and hydrolysis causes, Aramid cannot used, PPS filter fabric can be substituted.

PTFE membrane, the filter fabric's dust collection efficiency can be improved and the dust will drop down when it is fully on the membrane. And the membrane can also make the dust smaller.

Advantages:

2. Cntinuous gas continuous temperature is up to 160ºC, instant heat resistance up to 190ºC;
3. Chmical structure is simple, strong and stable;
4. Excellent performance of acid and alkali resistance;

7. Disadvantage is that antioxidize performance of PPS filter bag is poor, it reacts to oxidation-corrosion;
