Fabric Dust Collector Filter bag Filter sleeve
Filter sleeve is  mainly used in cement industry, asphalt mixing,blast furnace in steel mill,metallurgical industry and tobacco industry for flue gas purification.
Filter sleeve    for higher temperature dust filtration ,widely applied in cement Kiln smoke dust filtration in cement plant ,steel melting furnace smoke filtration and so on .
Filter sleeve   Dust Collector Filter Bag offer one of the best total economies in a filtration system because of higher air to cloth ratios, higher temperature capability, and a long working life.
 
Filter sleeve    continuous operating temperatures is up to 200°c, instant service temperature is up to 240°c.
Filter sleeve   fire retardant performance is excellent,
Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good,
Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance. Hydrolysis resistance is poor, when SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point is frequent, it would greatly reduce its service life.
 


Properties
1) Performs at high temperatures Filter sleeve 
Filter sleeve  Nomex can be used continuously at operating temperatures up to 218°C (425°F) , and can handle higher temperature surges. However, to optimize dust filter bag wearing life, continuous temperatures of 204°C (400°F) and lower with minimum temperature surges are recommended.
2) Resists flexing and abrasion
Flex resistance of Dust Filter Bags at room temperature is good, about equal to that of polyester fibers; after aging at temperatures of 121°C (250°F) and above its toughness if excellent. Bag house filter should give more than three times the wear life of polyester filter bags at 121°C (250°F) and above.
3) Resists Chemicals Dust Collector   Filter sleeve 
Filter sleeve  work well in acid environment, at temperatures above the dew point, will better perform than polyester filter bag. Temperature above the dew point should be maintained to minimize chemical attack on Bag house filter and the dust collector equipment. The dust collector system should be warmed before putting on stream and dried before being shut down to minimize chemical attack. To optimize bad life when acid gases are present in the gas stream, the lowest operating temperature that is safely above the dew point should be used. Higher temperatures expedite chemical attack.

The most effective use of   Nomex Filter Material ,aramid filter bag is in high efficiency filtration systems where effluent temperature are above 250°F or in systems with surges over 250°F. In hot gas filtration systems, Bag house filter require less filter area, for equal gas volume and efficiencies, than fiber glass.
